Who we are

贵州安遇人工智能科技有限公司 operates VOXXTECH, an online store selling automotive and motorcycle parts to customers in the United States. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at sales@voxxtech.com or by post at 1/F Area C, C7 Commercial Building, Jiulongcheng, Dengta Street, Bijiang District, Tongren, Guizhou, China.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to sell you a part and ship it to you:

• Your name and the delivery address for the order
• Your email address and, if you provide it, a telephone number
• The parts ordered, the amount paid and the order reference
• Messages you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the store available

Payment information

We never see or store your card number, security code or PayPal login. Payments are completed on the payment provider’s own secure page, and the provider returns to us only the result of the payment, the transaction reference and the delivery address you selected.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• take payment and send your order confirmation
• pack and ship your order and send you tracking details
• answer your questions and handle returns, replacements and refunds
• prevent fraudulent orders and meet our accounting and tax obligations

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are needed to run the store — for example a session cookie that remembers the language you chose. If visitor statistics are enabled we also set one analytics cookie to count visits. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles and we do not sell any data.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the companies that help us fulfil your order:

• the payment provider that processes your payment
• the warehouse and the carrier that pick, pack and deliver your parcel (name, address, telephone number and order contents)
• our email and hosting providers, acting as our processors
• We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and tax purposes — normally six years. Messages you send us are kept for two years. Where no legal obligation requires us to keep data, we delete it sooner if you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@voxxtech.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing email, although we only ever email you about orders you have placed.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date above. This policy was last reviewed on 2026-09-28.
