We ship from four US warehouses, so most orders are delivered in days rather than weeks — and orders to US addresses need no customs handling.

Dispatch time

In-stock parts leave the warehouse within 24 hours of your payment clearing. If a part has to be moved between warehouses first, we tell you the revised date before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, and we monitor every shipment until it is delivered.

Import duties and taxes

Goods held in our US warehouses and sent to a US address are delivered as domestic parcels and normally attract no import duty. If a delivery crosses a border, any duty is charged by the destination customs — we flag this on the product page before you order.

Packaging

Parts are packed to survive the journey — fragile items braced and cushioned, liquids sealed and bagged. Ask us if you need neutral packaging for resale.

Where we ship

We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa or the Northern Mariana Islands — if you enter one of those addresses at PayPal checkout the order is declined and no payment is taken. Orders for those locations placed through any other channel are cancelled and refunded in full.
