About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on VOXXTECH. By placing an order you accept them. The seller is 贵州安遇人工智能科技有限公司; our contact details are shown at sales@voxxtech.com.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send an order confirmation to the email address you gave us. If a part is no longer available, if a price or a fitment note was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the order, we may decline it and refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and include free tracked shipping. The price you see when you place the order is the price you pay — we add no handling or surcharge fees at checkout. Payment is taken in full when the order is placed. Any sales tax or import duty that applies is charged by the relevant authority, and we flag duty where it may apply.
Shipping and delivery
In-stock parts are dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing and we email the tracking details. Typical delivery for US addresses is 2–8 days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; if a shipment is significantly delayed, tell us and we will chase it with the carrier.
Returns, replacements and refunds
Unused parts may be returned in their original packaging within 60 days for a refund of the part price; for change-of-mind returns the buyer pays the return postage. If a part arrives damaged, or is not the part ordered, we replace or refund it and cover the return postage. Full details are on our returns and warranty page.
Fitment and compatibility
You are responsible for checking that a part fits your vehicle before ordering. OEM numbers, brand names and vehicle lists are shown to help you identify a part and do not mean the part was made by the vehicle manufacturer. If you are unsure, send us your VIN or OEM number before ordering and we will check the fitment for you.
Warranty
Many parts carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Terms differ by brand and by part, and we confirm the cover in writing on request. This is in addition to the rights you have by law.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaching these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for loss caused by fitting a part incorrectly, or for business losses such as lost profit.
Intellectual property
Brand names, trade marks and OEM numbers shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility purposes only. Product photographs and text on this site may not be reused without our permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Nothing in them affects the consumer rights you have where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. This version was last reviewed on 2026-09-28.
